What qualifies for a refund:
Premium website plans within 14 days, yes. App market purchases within 14 days, usually yes. Business apps and tools within 14 days, mostly yes.
What doesn't qualify:
Domain registrations, no. These are paid to the registry and Wix can't get that money back. Purchases outside the 14-day window, no, unless you have exceptional circumstances. Services already rendered, no.
After 14 days, you can still try. Wix sometimes makes exceptions for technical issues or billing errors. But don't count on it. The policy is pretty firm.
A few tips:
Request the refund early in the 14-day window. Don't wait until day 13. Support requests take time to process and if they respond on day 15, you might be out of luck.
